New M.Sc., Ph.D. and Post-doc funding opportunities!!!

After a long time, ongoing activities stimulate me to inform about
new M.Sc., Ph.D. and Post-doc funding opportunities related with GIScience!!!.

Be careful for the deadlines!!!

All sources are provided by ECOLOG-L and I thank them for that.

You could find the new calls in the comprehensive pages:

For M.Sc. opportunities:
-Project title: Spatial ecology of seaducks in relation to key habitats in southern New England by the University of Rhode Island.
A graduate assistantship is available at the M.Sc. or Ph.D. level to study the distribution, abundance, and movement patterns of selected seaducks in offshore habitats in southern New England during the bird’s winter and staging periods. Satellite radiotelemetry will be combined with extensive boat-based and aerial-based surveys to determine..., for more, please see here...

For Ph.D. opportunities:

-Funded PhD Opportunity in Conservation Biology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Applications are invited for a NSF-funded PhD graduate assistantship in conservation biology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Research will focus on geospatial analysis and modeling of species distributions under climate and land-use change. For more, please see here...

For Post-doc opportunities:

-Funded Postdoc Opportunity in  Mathematical Modeling of Dengue Virus Epidemiology Research Training Group (RTG) in the Mathematical Sciences at North Carolina State University.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a postdoc interested in working on two NIH-funded projects that will build, test and refine stochastic, spatially explicit, simulation models that link insect population dynamics and genetics with human disease epidemiology. For more, please see here...
